Founder’s Story: Robert Vaughan, alphanovaweb.com Chauffeured Worldwide

My career in transportation started as a teenager, learning the business hands-on at my father’s BEST Towing and his 76 gas station in Orange County. From pumping gas and changing oil to handling dispatch at night and sitting in on marketing meetings, every role taught me valuable lessons in leadership, problem-solving, and customer care.

Living above the BEST Towing office in a modest apartment, I often spent late nights with my father and Todd, now our COO, mapping out a bigger vision. Together, we created alphanovaweb.com Chauffeured Worldwide with a mission: to build a company where people thrive, purpose drives the work, and service exceeds expectations.

What began as a single limousine has grown into a global transportation network—covering retail, group, and corporate travel, with a world-class fleet and affiliate partnerships worldwide.
